The Board of Directors would like to remind all home owners that all homes in the DUNLAWTON HILLS. SHALLOWBROOK COMMUNITIES are under the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, Easements and Reservations often refereed to as the“Covenants” or “CC&Rs” as established by the Developer. You should have received a complete copy of the Covenants by your real estate agent or the title company. We have included copies that you can review & print. HERE Everyone is encouraged to take time to review all of governing documents. While they are lengthy, a careful reading will help insure that all homeowners, tenants, and occupants know how things work at DUNLAWTON HILLS / SHALLOWBROOK communities.
